I can confirm that I am most certainly NOT castrated but....
as a consequence of taking female hormones for well over a decade, my testicles have reduced to about a third of their original size.
The result of this shrinkage is that when my scrotum tightens during a high state of arousal, my testicles are sufficiently small to be pushed up into my body (like the boys on a soccer pitch on a very cold Sunday morning!) which gives the impression that I am castrated.
