Thanks, Amy. I was so busy dealing with the language in the first post that I missed those quotation marks in the thread title, which are just as offensive. As you can see, I've corrected that. Soon I will close this thread, since the OP doesn't seem to want to respond to his warning about the UNGENDERING language.

longhairlover - I don't think you intended anything mean or to make the trans women who post here feel unwelcome. I hope the point was not to "correct" you, as you are not a child who spoke out of turn.

I hope the point was to let you know that women like me are just as "real" in our womanhood as our mothers/sisters/friends. That our sexualities are just as valid as any straight, bi, or.. even.. lesbian woman's sexuality.

Posts about UNGENDERING language are for the entire Forum as much as for any individual, as a reminder. It's our little contribution to making such language disappear (we can hope, right?).
