i prefer castrated transsexuals ,, myself i would love to get rid of my balls to enhance my feminsation process..as i am older 32, it would benefit me alot with my hormones ...also it means i cant lose the antiandrogens and save my liver..

downside no cumshots as such ,, possible loss of ereection completely .. but i get more turned on with anal sex/rimming anyway personally ..
