I remember watching an interview with Jenna Jameson awhile back, she said that no need to be able to get hard in any situation as the shoots are hardly private or romantic. But thats hollywood and that was also a few years ago.
I would think setting up a webcam would be a good first step, that would get you both money and exposure.
Have some professional pictures taken, I know swimsuit models ect... send them into studios and agents. You could also put them up to advertise the prevous suggestion
Thats just what I would do, and those ideas are based on ZERO experience or industry knowledge, they just seem like good ideas to me.
