Other than the questionable pictures of shemales with penectomies, there is only one picture I have seen where an absolutely beautiful transexual had not only her testicles and scrotum removed but also had a glansectomy as well. Sooooo sexy. Anymore available?

That sounds very exciting, but I do not think I have ever seen that. Lots of fakes though.
