I'm sure I would. After all if it got to the point where we're going to have sex then it wouldn't matter to me. I also just can't see myself taking a look and then getting up and leaving. That would be devastating to the girl. I can be lacking in emotion sometimes, but I am not so cold hearted and cruel that I would leave a girl because of an operation that she's had.
I have seen some pictures in which the results were tragic, but surgeons are getting better all the time. Well yes i suppose i was being a little callous in my description.
But what i was trying to say was detaching any emotion from the situation i just dont think i would be able to go there if it was bad.

I'm sure you didn't mean to sound callous. I'm also sure that most men that would find themselves in the position of being with a post op girl would not just get up and leave thus causing emotional pain to the girl. Contrary to popular belief the majority of men are not a bunch of unfeeling pigs.
