Due to unforseen circumstances with my job, I had a lot of free time in the summer(I still do, actually) so I would walk over to my parents house and the three of us would go walking for about an hour or so. We went to a small creek and walked along both sides of it. There were a lot of trees for cover, and about 5 different families of ducks that called it home. I also saw a turtle or two, and heard(but never saw) some bullfrogs. It was quite peaceful, and there was a nice breeze!
A few weeks ago, during a cool day in September, I decided to go for a walk at 3am. There was a fair wind that night, so the leaves were rustling quite fiercely and the branches of the dead trees(

) would click together(a little creepy at that time of night, to be honest

). The clouds that I saw in the night sky, along with patches of stars, were amazing. It almost felt like I was on another world. I would spend moments just staring at the sky, watching as the bright white clouds shot across. It was really cool. I wish that I had a camera so I could have taken some pictures!
Sorry for the thread hijack, Bionca.
