The short answer is yes. The long answer is it depends on what the video is. Videos from tube sites are not allowed except for YouTube. Videos longer than 5 minutes are not allowed unless the member posting owns the copyright to the video. Naturally you are not allowed to post videos that are considered illegal (see the forum rules).
