Sorry to disagree with most of you guys but implants are fine with me. I've had a few girls with hormonal overload and I prefer all their parts to work.

I prefer them to be as natural as possible, but the girl has to have something there. Some of the implants jobs I see are just tragic looking. Forget the TG with no tits; not feminine enough for me.
