Orchidectomy in the UK
NHS will do my surgery for free

[MRSA fears + NHS after-care is crap][/QUOTE] I rather think that you were misled by my comment about the UK surgery on demand- I was coming from the wish for an orchidectomy to create a eunuch male and NOT to change gender. The latter TS route is quite open in the UK and also on the National Health, but for a straight elected male orchidectomy (as in my case) it does not seem to be possible either in the UK or many other countries.
