These women have their nipples completely removed for the surgery, which of course loses all nipple situation. Personally, I'd rather commit suicide.

The best boob jobs are transaxillary, which is the little armpit incision. If you don't go for ridiculous augmentation, it looks natural and there's no scar. The only real problem is that they have to use saline implants (because it has to be a little bag that goes through the little incision, then they inflate it later). A lot of people would say silicone is more natural feeling. Transumbilical is the similar surgery where they go in through your belly button.

Inframammary is where they put the incision along the bottom of the breast, so there's a scar, but it's in the fold where the breast meets your ribcage. The problem with this is that if you start off with tiny boobs then there's no fold there so they kinda have to guess where that fold will be after the implants.

Periareolar usually has the worst scars, but if you have dark areolae they can be pretty well hidden (some people get tattooed-on areolae to darken them up). The big advantage is if you want big boobs they can position the implant perfectly. If you go for huge boobs (or were totally flat to begin with), then your nipples will usually end up being way too high and look silly. It'll look like your nipples are just perched on top and a lot of time the implant looks like a freaky bag hanging underneath them. So you have to get the periareolar incision to avoid that.

And most of the people you see in shemale porn are not on hormones. When you're full of testosterone pretty much anything can get you hard. When you're full of estrogen you have to actually be hot for the person you're with.

Another way you can tell that most porn shemales aren't on hormones is the fact that estrogen very noticeably darkens the stripe along the pereneum, and that's not particularly common to see in porn.

That is more ways to do implants than I had imagined.

I can only speak about what turns me on, and I have to say that I've seen a lot of bad and/or unnecessary and/or oversized implants. I'd give examples, but I may be treading on certain tgirls' fans' toes. No point in that. I will add that there is absolutely no shame in a natural A cup, and that it can be extremely erotic.

Well, as far as ejaculating, if you don't have testosterone then you lose a lot of the volume as the prostate and other glands shrink (the prostate actually produces less than half of the volume of semen). The majority of girls who have been on hormones for a year produce little to no semen, although I know that's not always true.
