As a girl I can't say much about erections, but I'm a nudist. I go to nude beaches all the time. And believe me, there's nothing erotic about it at all. You see people being themselves in all their purity. For what it's worth, I've never seen anyone with an erection on a nude beach. If you're worried about it, maybe you're not the right person to go to one.
