Perhaps. I wouldn't eat Lucky Charms if they were the last food on earth, so I wouldn't know. But this I do know: the best beer with a real breakfast -- an omelet, bacon or sausage, toast, sliced tomatoes, etc. (like I have almost every Sunday) -- is Founder's Breakfast Stout. That is no joke.

Pot of "gold" at the end of the rainbow? That stinks to heaven.

Are you all really Jameson drinkers? Damn, we need to get together. There is never, ever, less than 1 full bottle of Jameson in my liquor cabinet, and I have their Midleton, too. I even have special Jameson glasses, stolen from the pub at the Jameson distillery in Dublin when I was particularly drunk one night!

Two fingers of Jameson and no ice and heaven forbid no water. It lets the flavour come through.

Indeed, always straight up. I like my Jameson the way I like my girl cocks.

I've never had Jameson before. I gather that it's good?

It's the best of the standard blended Irish whiskeys (by standard, I mean not a single malt, and not their Midleton, which is a special blend at $125/bottle). It's also the wise choice in a Boston pub if you want an Irish whiskey and don't want to be dragged outside and beaten senseless in the street for ordering Bushmills. The reason has to do with Northern Ireland politics. Asking for a Bushmills in a Boston Irish pub is essentially the same as walking in and shouting "Long live the Queen!"

I guess that particular Jameson wouldn't be too bad either.
