I believe I read in another thread that Bigballsnow actually did this to himself and that he was the model in his Avatar. I think that the woman in the picture you are quoting isn't Bigballsnow, but I am sure he would be able to point you in the right direction.

I believe it's done by passing a tube into your scrotum via a small incision and them inflating it with about a litre of saline solution or doing the same by injection. The solution itself is harmless as it's the same stuff that's often used in injections - but you would really need some medical knowledge to even think about doing something like this to yourself.

As a side note I did see it being done to a guy on TV about 10 years ago in a documentary shown on Channel 4 in the UK about a New York S&M brothel - I think it was the same film where one of the girls later took a cheesegrater to one guy's cock

I imagine that it would take a while. The skin is very sensitive in that area, and it is probably susceptible to infection.
