This photo - which I found "who knows where?" - suggests there's a session out there somewhere where - seeing as it's from Shemales from Hell - she is giving some lucky guy whatfor. The on-dit is that her partner is her twin. I've also seen her referred to as Karina Brethio or nearly that. Anyone got more info and seen the session...I want to dream that it's me she's shafting or allowing to blow...
