I oersonally doubt it - you're more likely to damage something and give yourself a great deal of pain, but I suppose that depends on the restraint you're using.

Hormones would eventually cause you to lose the ability to have erections if that what you're looking for, but I really wouldn't advise you to go down that road either unless you do it properly (ie: not self-medicating)
