If it is a success it will be the first time a government program is well managed and efficient. Besides... Obama wouldn't use reconciliation (or the nuclear option) to pass health care. That's against everything the democrats stand for.

It doesn't matter what this Bill says, it's going to be rewritten a hundred times over the next generation anyway, what matters is that the Medical Profession starts healing American Citizens. Once people see that, the Republicans will never be able to take it away.
