With all due respect, your post agreeing with ila implies favoritism towards Montreal. If you were a truly equal fan of both, you would want them to be in a perpetual tie from which they cannot escape.

Actually it seems like they are always in a perpetual tie. I don't think that there has been a season in quite awhile where they haven't met in the playoffs.

I was favoring Montreal by my statement. I live in Maine, so I don't really have a "home team." Boston and Montreal are both close by (Boston is probably closer to home), but I don't get Boston games on the tele. I watch a lot of televised Canadian hockey, so Montreal sort of edges out Boston in that respect.
