I do the same thing. I first got the idea from reading something online. It said you could lay on your back and then flip your lower body back over your head so that your cock is dangling right towards your face and if you aim right you can get it right into your mouth. I've done this a few times and what I did was I laid down on the floor with the top of my head pointing towards my bed. Then, I would lift my legs up and lay them on the bed (so there's not as much pressure on my neck). Most of it would miss my mouth and either land on my face or on the floor. But like you said, once it's out and in my mouth the urge would go away.
