7. Toronto beat Nashville 4-3. Yep. You read that correctly. Toronto finally won a game! It didn't look like they wanted to win for a while there, as they gave up a 3-0 lead and let Nashville tie it up 3-3. Thankfully Kessel got a goal and they were able to skate away with the victory. It looks like Kessel is heating up again, and that could help the Leafs immensely. Finally, one of us can do the happy dance! It was looking quite grim for us all for a while there.

They tried their best to lose the game after a fantastic opening 9 minutes.

Leafs scored 3 from 8 shots in the first 9 minutes, the Predators replaced their goalie and the Leafs only had another 14 shots in the next 51 minutes.

shadows, that can't have been a comfortable game for Leafs fans to watch.
At 3-3 I expected your next hockey post to include a long string of s, but Kessel saved the day.
