Please try not to be hurt or take offense, but I think you should be careful. As far as I know you cannot 'become' pre-op. If you are a man between your ears, having breasts will probably ruin your happiness. Fantasies are just that, fantasies.
And if you allways knew you were a woman and you've the courage to go ahead, go for it and let no one stop you.
