I wonder if the Doctors partial regeneration counts towards his total.
Or does it need to be a complete physical regeneration. |

The writers said they left it up in the air , so maybe one day they might say it counts.
His regeneration into the 11th Doctor was spectacular. |

I was hoping for Robert Carlyle or Bill Nighy.
But Matt Smith must have done something right , his take on the Doctor was apparently fresh and new and not just rehashing previous Doctors mannerisms. |
