Castration: DISCUSSION

I had been on hormones for a long time. My testicles were a bit bigger than the raisins mentioned but definitely small. I made the decision to make a committment to my feminization and sought out castration. Difficult to find a doctor to do it. Finally find a doctor in Tijuana who did the procedure. Definitely the scrotum shrinks down and any ability to have erections if there before are gone. All things I wanted and never looked back. When it came to SRS it was an issue but with skin grafting and some brief tissue expander treatment (basically inflatable balloons implated for a week preop) all worked well.
