While that sounds like it could be a very intense zombie game, I think that a lot of players would find that too difficult. Today, the majority of players enjoy the twitch-factor in games. They want to shoot,shoot, SHOOT! A lot of them don't want to limp around and moving slow whilst waiting for their leg injury to heal or to spend a lot of time hiding when they run out of ammo.
I would give the game a shot, though. It sounds like it would be one of the more realistic(well, as realistic as possible given the subject matter
) zombie-survival games around.
