Well I'm no expert but i think it's a mixture of both for most.
Maybe someone could shed some light on the subject?
In any case if she could do both would you go for intersex/hermaphrodite or shemale?

Well, it would be interesting to try it with a hermaphrodite.

Shemale all the way. Every hermaphrodite that I have ever seen in a movie was fake. Just a real girl with a dildo glued on. I have only seen 1 picture of a real hermaphrodite and she was GOD awfol ugly.

Well the one i seen in a vid i'm sure was real, and she was lovely better than most shemales.
