I love looking at the female form, especially when it is a TS. If I had to pick one or the other, I think I prefer the smaller natural hormone breast, but seriously, the breast type or size is not nearly as important to me at the woman and how she feels about herself. If she feels better about herself with silicone D-cups then the way she feels is going to reflect in her facial expression, her body language and her personality.

My ideal TS girlfriend would probably have relatively small (A or B cup) natural hormonal breasts, but if she herself felt bad about the smaller size, I would prefer her to get the implants so she would be happier. I love the look of both natural and implants, and I especially love the company of happy TS girls.

It's all about how good a girl feels about herself, and I think it's how she carries it ( them ) off ! So inserts or hormone-grown, either way a girl will feel good. Sure, scar-tissue does detract from a visual turn-on, but skillful surgery and / or cosmetic cover can improve a girl's image, and consequently how she feels about herself. Bottom line is - does she feel more feminine and sexy as a result ?

As to the OP, I'd agree that Thays's breasts are among the best in the TG world, but I feel many, many more ladies can step up to the natural breast plate; Mandy Mitchell and Hazel Tucker for example. Personally, I much prefer natural over silicone/saline. I've been a photographer of nudes and GG models for years and I have seen some god-awful boob jobs. However, the surgical techniques and surgeons are getting better, but still, nothing beats a natural, warm, soft, breast, no matter the cup size. Nothing.

I would say, in order, I prefer:

1) hormonal
2) implants (not ridiculously huge)
3) flat chested
4) larger implants (and I don't really like these, at all. They're just at the bottom of the list).
