I have all the LotR animated films. The Hobbit , LotR and the Return of the King.
Anybody watch Krod Mandoon on Comedy Central? And i can't wait to see Guillermo del Toro's Hobbit film. If the filming and editing process is as grueling as it was on Peter Jackson , then you can expect a slimmer Guillermo when he finishes The Hobbit. lol |

My only concern is the plan to make it into a trilogy. The Hobbit is a small book , i can maybe see them spacing it into 2 movies but that's stretching it.

Thanks , I think they may add more exposition or character development to stretch the story. It will be difficult to make 3 movies if they stick to the book faithfully. But more Gollum is a good thing "my precioussss". The studio wants another trilogy , the fans just want a good movie.
Back to Doctor Who .... the new logo is really nice. |

The Specials are being released on Feb 2nd, 2010. There is even going to be a complete collection of the Specials called Doctor Who: The Complete Specials Collection. It contains Waters of Mars, The New Doctor, Planet of The Dead, and The End Of Time.
I think I'll pick up that complete collection for myself as a late Christmas present. ![]() ![]() |
