Yes, clearly the OP should understand there are irreversible risks involved. There are tons of downside. However, practically every choice you make in life has a downside. Soul-searching, experimentation, self-awareness, whatever you need to do to figure yourself out and whether you want to take it to the next level. There's nothing stopping you. Those pixelated words I write to you over the internet are nothing. You are your own person.
