I'm no expert at these things, but i'm fairly certain these are not fakes. I have seen some that are and they are usually labeled futanari. I posted some pics of that with that disclaimer earlier under ectoporn. Even if i'm wrong, I still think they are cute and will live happily in my ignorance.
