Hard call to say yes or no...
This is a pretty tough call, I would say that you are not being paranoid, but on the other hand, you do need some fun sort of t-girl for company and she might be the only contact you have.
Have you maybe tried the "megamates.com" website and telephone service? Their Las Vegas number it (702) 989-0660, they are not free, but you can send telephone messages for free, you need to PAY for recieving the messages other users send to you though.... they don't charge too high though.
