Also i always do my best not to loose my cool, cause it's kinda weak to not be able to control yourself.

I always try to treat others like i would like them to treat me, but i readjust my tone to their responces, but i usualy prefer to take the high road when possible.

But when the situation dictates i can be "in your face" better than most.


As for the limit calculation i believe i may have the ansewer but i'm not 100% sure.

Pic D/L = Posts/2 + Rep Points *3 + 10 (So far it seem good but...)

That would mean that you had -1.83 RepPoints at post number 1 and -4.33 RepPoints at post number 17.
I guess your equalisation is not complete.

Hey, i DID ask for help the only ones that any numbers were you Thread and Jenae, but not enough about the numbers i need but stats about the members (Jenae) and contradictory info from you (re read your post), how many posty did you have when you D/L how many pics, and what was your rep points???

Then i'll have more data to work with, right now i only have my data, and i tried to make an equation that fit my stats.

What is contradictory in my post?

Before I noticed the reputation system, I didn't run into the limit anymore, similar problem as Jenae with download speed. I do not know and did not say how many posts I had at which download limit and what my rep points was then.

lol anyway, I joined here for the same reason as the OP but, I've found a lot of interesting stuff here, and I'm glad of being a member of this forum.

I agree on the fact that it's important to participate here in order to keep the forum alive, unfortunately I haven't been able to stay here for too much because I don't have a lot of time to spare it being here

is there any1 who had negative reputation at any point of time in this forum???? coz if its so ... then john's formula might not work..... other than that i feel....that the formula is pretty accurate.... it will require a mountain of tests though to establish the correct formula.... to check the correctness of the formula i have to download about 500 photos.... and thats really an arduous task at hand !!!

I participate on another forum where it's not allowed to give negative rep, because this only causes issues among the users.

I propose that, we get rid of the negative rep, only leaving the positive rep and instead, we place some kind of infraction system where we can give warnings, infractions and bans to the users who have made anything that goes against the TOS depending on how bad the infringement wan. This could mean to make the TOS more extended and clear, as well to tighten the surveillance by part of the forum moderators though, but, that's just my humble opinion.
