Vaniity needs to lose in order to make herself more human. Her adopted name reflects her personality, big time, so when she gets a big vote in a competition, she thinks it's acceptable to behave outrageously, when it's not.

These are perhaps my two favorites of all time, but I find something a little more special about Miriam.

That notice applies to everyone on the site and not specifically to any individual. The notice is just to remind all users of what is not allowed to be posted and what the posting limits are.

I think that it is a bit misleading, I posted my message as a test and saw that it did not apply to me directly but I still feel that it would be better to make it clear that it applies to content rather than an individual member.
