well in fact here you'll find some pictures of hijras. The last one shows the results of the "operation" on an apparently happy hijra, while a friend is waiting for her turn (determined by the stars). The whole ritual is extremely cruel and painful, and has apparently not changed over the centuriesa. You'll find descriptions of it in several books and articles. Please note that most of the reports on these sad and proud people are very passionate and sympathetic and not erotic in any way. I think they deserve all our respect.
