it is predominantly a fantasy forum but that doesn't mean we should exclude realistic questions, especially when there is probably nowhere else you can ask them. can you imagine asking your GP for safe sex tips when getting it on with a transsexual escort? I live in a free country but I still couldn't do it, I'd hate to think how taboo it is for some of the other members.
also a lot of people on here will have a lot of sexual experience whether straight, gay or with a TS (straight?). I think it's not only fair but it's our responsibility to share our knowledge with those less experienced or knowledgeable so they don't make any schoolboy errors.
the only answer is using a condom though. no matter how sure you are there is literally no other effective defence.
