Having lived with and followed quite a few surgical transitions of my TS friends, it might be that she has had the wrong treatment: The easy way is to do implants just under the skin. But it looks unnatural.
When implanted under the muscular layer the implants will adapt better to the body. And indeed: overdoing the size (a typical American sin) makes it all fakish.

Don't think so. But would not be sure to date her.
That does NOT depend on this issue of over-surgery.
It would depend on the chemistry, the feeling, connecting.

what I try to say:
Too much emphasis on extennal features blurs thevision on the girl herself.
I have loved TS-girls that made surgical (and other) mistakes.
And as I prefer them to keep their penis, I still love a post-op girl.

It's about the inside, not the packaging.
