Hi Chef ..

I'm strictly amateur but I love cooking & specialise in Chinese dishes (which I learned to cook whilst serving in Singapore) and Indian food (mainly self-taught) ... I'm also now branching out to include Thai cuisine ..

I also enjoy cooking Italian food .. especially Bistecca Pizziaola .. Yummy ... :D

As for eating .. I'll eat most things except offal and Parmesan cheese (makes me very ill) ...
