If you find you're still 'compelled' to continue on with LB 'stuff' and
that disturbs you then folllow up with the rest. CBT is practical but somewhat specialised, It will cost. But most people get a handle on/unravel their issues in 10-12 sessions. Others become so interested and enlightened they continue on.
