Yes, just exactly what I said, of course no rule without exeptions, but in general you can say that´s the situaion in a nutshell.
Or it could be pure ts-girls in Asia or South-Amrica who is forced into prostitution cuz they are to poor to have afford to finance their hormone treatment and final sex operations.
