In Russia it really isn't cool to be a T-girl. So I would suggest being very stealth for her safety.
I mean OMG they have gender camps in Russia now to teach men to be masculine and women to be feminine. But what if you are Trans? Nothing there for women with penises and men with vaginas. So of course I figure both MTF and FTM fell the need to hide unfortunately.
