How many times a day/week do you pleasure yourself?

A few years ago I had prostate cancer and thought my active sex life was at an end. I had a good surgeon and I can still have an orgasm, but without ejaculation.
I tend not to masturbate as much as before the operation, but let an erection advise me when it is time to play.
Thinking about when I last played through to orasm it must be three or more weeks, but this morning at the coffee shop I was treated to the sight of a young lady showing a lot of white thigh and eventually a clean shaven triangle of white flesh. Well that produced an erection that lasted for half an hour, before I could walk out without displaying my rock had erection. Unfortunately I was wearing a short full skirted white cotton summer dress and little else. When I did reach home I spent the afternoon on my patio slowly stroking and teasing myself until the tension was too much and I exploded. To my surprise one was not enough and the quality of the second was mind blowing.
Therefore it is not frequency but quality that counts with me.
