Good question. We have threads here for both.
Absent a formal definition, perhaps from one or more of our knowledgeable members, I would offer my personal observation which is that many CD's do not necessarily look feminine at all, they seem to be mostly guys who really enjoy the feeling of wearing girls' clothing. Femboys on the other hand, generally seem to posess genuine feminine features, in face, body and mannerisms, even when dressed in boys' clothing but have not taken any steps to actual transition.
I'd really like to see comments from someone who, unlike me, actually knows what they're talking about.
OK, here's some pix of Cutie Mei who is (IMHO) definitely a femboy.
Sorry about the small size, but I take what I can get. I'm hoping to find some larger (and maybe a little more risqu?) photos.
