It may or it may not. Uncircumcised people usually pull back their foreskin and give a quick rinse during a shower the same as most people rinse and scrub their underarms in the shower. Circumcision's sole perpose is for religious reasons in the modern age, since we all bathe and wear condoms when deemed appropriate. However, a slight lack of hygiene in this area may produce a more sexually desirable scent to some.
