Default penis pump
I used a Penis pump for years and have a cautionery tale to tell....

These pumps work on erectile tissue so using one on the penis fine....but....beware my foreskin never reacted to the stretching and pulling of the pump so i'm now left (when i can bear the pain of an erection) with an 8 inch cock and a 5 inch foreskin
