Any pics of her before SRS?

Today is a sad day for me. I just discovered this lovely gir from AsianTSl, a 200% feminine ladyboy, and I can´t understand why she did surgery.

OK I respect her choice but, at least, I would like to see the "thing" I miss even I never knew.
