What I know about filipina ladyboys... They don't have sex with their sisters usually (maybe only for making money by giving some white guy a show by that).
The most of them prefer sex to guys - straight, masculine guys are clearly preferred. Some (but only a few) of them also love sex with a girl from time to time. But ladyboy to ladyboy normally NO.
