As you can read in the last comment by the photographer, she was involved in a kind of community activity, helping raise money for an orphanage.

Probably that activity was unknown to all her fans and detractors.

Let's not forget that ladyboys/shemales/newhalfs, are more than just sexy pictures. And that there may be lots more of stuff beyond what is said.
