Oh yes definatly, they guy has got to be working it, after all, he's thrusting with his hips so it's a lot easier for him to do it. I think about 80-90% of the movement has to come from the guy thrusting his hips for a satisfactiry thoat fuck, I love it to be a throat fuck, not just a blowjob.
