Getting support from the staff of a ladyboy site.

It was a few years ago that I, for the first time, got access to the ?members only? part of a ladyboy site
(after having paid with my credit card of course) for a 30 days period.
Before that I had several mail contacts with the staff about privacy etc. and they responded almost immediately and correctly.
Also after being ?a member? I received a quick response when I asked a question.

How different was that with the staff of the second ladyboy site when I joined
their ?members only? part a few months ago, also for a 30 days period.
Not even a single response I have received from them although the mail address of
both the staff and the webmaster were published on their site.
During that 30 days period this website was two times infected with a virus and
I sent the webmaster mails about that because I had to stop downloading photos.
Not a single response!!

Do members of this forum have had the same kind of experiences or is that second website an exception of the rule?
