In order to be really clean, you have to think 2-3 days ahead. Watch your diet, time your *cough* nature's calls, and eat less than usual.

Eat and stay healthy, consume thing with lots of ruffage (veggies, fiber, some starch) even fiber laxative (metamucil) on a daily basis. It's good for you...not like regular laxatives.

Stay away from onions beans and gassy stuff.

Next, clean and shave yourself properly in the area. On the day of the showdown, a clean dildo in the shower with soap is always good in extracting hidden surprises.

Finally, a Fleet enema is okay (you can get it at Bed Bath and Beyond or a pharmacy), although the saline sometimes WILL upset your stomach for a day or two afterwards. You could, presumably, try warm water enema with a bag, but that doesn't clean you out as effectively.
