This depends on a number of factors, like how many and which hormones they take. The more feminized a castrated ladyboy becomes through hormone treatment, the more likely it is that the ability to climax will vanish. Good doses of testosterone can temporarily restore the ability to climax and to ejaculate, but only if the tools are still functional. The ability to ejaculate depends too on the age when the castration was performed. If this happened before or at an early stage of puberty and before the penis started to grow, chances of ever getting a real orgasm with "cum" are very remote, because the prostate gland never became functional.
